I am a regular customer and I can say the quality and quantity of chicken has been very bad this year. I had a take away today and the chicken tasted nasty, the quality was very bad, not cooked properly at all (see pics), also this guy serving on the till is dead slow and he doesn’t bother about the Q nor serving a proper grilled, cooked chicken. They seriously need to improve the quality of the food and provide quick service or else these type of reviews will continue from others.

Extremely rude staff. The guy serving us was swearing and shouting on top of his voice. Very poor customer services. I am not surprised to see other bad reviews. This place needs to shutdown. Plus food was so bad wasted 25 euros. DO NOT GO AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! There are plenty of other nice places there please try them.

We went to this takeaway in evening. The guy in the picture was extremely rude and disrespectful to us and started abusing. Very poor food and and customer services. Not recommended.

The best shawarma i had in Prague. Its a nice cozy place. Very near to the astronomical clock and the old town square.It has an outdoor seating and an indoor seating with high-rise tables. A good place for family and for friends as well.Many options for vegetarian food as well. Meat was halal and very good in taste. They have options for turkish teas and baklava.A must visit if in Prague!

This restaurant is tasty and clean. The staff is also very friendly. Couscous Shawarma is recommended! Please visit if you are in Prague! :-)
