Excellent tour in English of a network of tunnels under Pilsen.Hard hats must be worn due to the low ceilings in some places.Like most underground tours it's a lot cooler than the outside temperature in summer.

This was really cool! Exciting to be walking in underground passages and learned a lot about the town of Pilsen throughout history. Although tickets could be bought online, we bought on-site the morning of. Our group had 14 which was a bit large for maximum enjoyment, but not bad. I recommend for families, those who like to learn about history and those who like to walk through tunnels. Must be comfortable in smallish, dark places and watching your head and step. By the way, ticket comes with a Pilsen beer voucher.

- Interesting place that carries a lot of history.- They ask you to download an app; did not find that very useful.- The coupon for drink was really interesting. I told them I did not drink, so they stated that I could have a non-alcoholic beer.- Ticket is cheap and really tells you a lot about Pilsen and the Czech culture as a whole.

To ensure a spot on the German or English speaking tours, it's recommended to book well in advance as they tend to sell out quickly. This tour is a must-see if you're in Pilsen, and each ticket comes with a voucher for a complimentary beer.

This is excellent value vs. the brewery tour and you still get a beer at the end. Just go next door for the unfiltered Pilsner you can’t get elsewhere. The tour lasts a good hour and is a bit chilly underground. If you can’t book a tour in your language, no worries, the friendly staff will set you up with an audio guide or the SmartGuide app for your phone. It opens at 10:00 and the first tour is 11:00. Come half an hour early to sort out and download your audio.

Guided tour with 4 czech people and 20 english people. The english guide chose to speak czezh (and not english once) so the 4 czech people Can understand Whatss happening. The rest uf us gets an headache but it Was the kids i Was thinking of. Hard to watch.The 1 Star is a mix between other factors.1. Their student discount do not Work if your are more than 26 years old.2. We wanted to refund the tickets before stArt but We couldnt due to technical issues. Then We decided to go On the tour Anyway.

Very interesting museum - English tour was only once the day we visited in May the day before Liberation Day celebration which seemed odd but we toured on our own in the brewery.Really cool displays of how Pilsen came about and how the town grew- free .3l beer at participating restaurants with your ticket

The guide was quite knowledgeable and really friendly. It's a bit chilly down there (so dress appropriately).Suggest to buy it together with the museum (especially if you want to go there as well). Not only do you get a discount. But a voucher as well.
