Terrible service. They give you a window for delivery, day of, then don't show and send the parcel to the depot. The number for the driver" is never answered. Cannot recommend less."

Rude rude and rude! The courier hang up on me when I tried to call him back after a missed call. Then left my package in a super incovenient location (as I was 'unavailable'), no idea why I paid for the delivery if I had to pick it up myself anyway

Delivery window of 3 hours, driver did not even bother to call that will be late, had to call myself. In the end, the package arrived with 3 hours delay after the given deadline. Unbelievable! Horrible service!!!!

They should deliver my order to me but I didn't receive any information about this (any calls, messages, emails). I checked the status of my order - The shipment could not be delivered. And that's all, no any email about information about issues with delivery or something. Status message on their website was 6 days ago and from this date nothing changes. As I see they just don't mind! Awful service. I still have no idea where is my package that I should have been received a week ago! I wrote the email by myself because as I see they don't want to contact me so I am waiting for the answer. Do not recommend this company at all.

Very bad experience with this shipping company. I had to go outside Prague in a very hideous place to get my package from Amazon as they never managed to deliver the package at a normal time. Trying to deliver the package at an office at 7.30pm it’s definitely not functional, is it? It was not even possible to arrange another time for delivery. Very disappointed

The package is for a week and half in their hands and they still are not able to deliver it to Prague despite it originated within Czech Republic. I cannot think of a worse parcel deliver service than this one

Terrible experience. For whom do you work if you don't even try to improve your service? On the website it was said that the parcel will be delivered starting from 12.01. It was delivered before, but there was no notification or sms, your courier just called during my work meeting. When I called back then found out that my parcel has already been taken to a warehouse and I have to go it across the city. Do you really think this is a normal delivery method? I have to wait days on end for a call and do nothing even though I know that my parcel will be delivered later? I don't recommend it.

Not able to delivered us the presents after 2 weeks, the main present for Christmas for our daughter. Awful communication, they don’t respect people. You can not speak with a boss etc. At the end we have to drive 20 Kms to their warehouse to collect our parcels ! Don’t use this company! Not professional no respect!!!

UNBELIEVABLE...In their system shows that the delivery guy did not find me, (though I received no PIN no sms)...I went there, drove for 40 minutes, and the lady there says that though it shows that my package is in the Depot, it is somewhere in Praha 4, she gave me the address...we go there, package is not there and they tell me that even if the package was there, without the PIN, they couldn't hand it over...I asked them tell me if the package is lost... by far the worst experience..

I had 2 packages to be delivered at home. I received a text that they will be delivered between 16 and 19 but nobody called. They were dropped to a collection point. I contacted customer service that I want my packages at home since I am sick and cannot leave the house. The customer service agent made the request for only one of my packages to be delivered, and the rest was sent back because i did not pick it up in time, despite the agent telling me to wait at home. Too complicated, next time i will choose another company.
