U Mlynáre is one of the best restaurants in Prague by far! First, they accept walk-ins which is a significant advantage in Prague if you are a tourist. Second, it's located on one of the most beautiful streets. Third, the food is exquisite, the service is professional, friendly, and caring, and the atmosphere is fantastic. I recommend trying their beer (the dark one is perfect) and taking the melted cheese as an appetizer. The staff is above and beyond; definitely pass by if your are in the neighborhood.

Really good food and great authentic atmosphere. The staff are also pretty friendly.The food was really delicious and the price was also fairly reasonable. The only thing that was weird (which apparently is getting really common in Prague) was how the waiter expected! a tip and was not shy to ask for. I was going to tip since the service was acceptable, however, looks like he was trying to force me to do so.Please train your staff in a way to understand tipping is a decision and not a necessity.

I started working here in Prague since May, and this restaurant is already my favorite one! One liter of beer cost only 69 CZK!!! Definitely i will go back here next time!

Nice place with a very friendly staff. Here you will find traditional food from the area.The price is fair and they have own beer.The quality of the food is good, the staff speaks different languages and English is not a problem.

Nice looking restaurant, even if you need to go „inside“ you can sit at a beautiful terrace. Service is very nice and speaks good English. Menu is available in several languages. most of the dishes are with meat, but they also offer a few vegetarian options. Food was served quickly, but we had eat better… meat was dry and the portion of the Gulasch within a bread was too small.Beer tasted very good, the homemade lemonade was very sweet.

Although it looks like typical tourist trap from outside, it was a nice surprise. Meals very good, nice staff and reasonable prices. I had Krušovice beer after several years and it was suprisingly drinkable

If you visit the old Prague castle and are looking for a place to dine in, this is the place you should go! It’s a family-owned traditional czech restaurant, all staff were friendly and the food was really good.We ordered garlic soup, soup of the day (broccoli soup) and the roasted pork with czech dumplings. The sauce for the pork & sauerkraut were both very tasty. I don’t drink alcohol but my boyfriend really liked the beer.
