Be weary of the fruits and vegetables. We have had horrible luck with them being moldy or going bad the next day!

Always so dirty, so often basic products are missing looks as a warehouse, everywhere palets with unpacked products, dangerous for children. And very unpleasant women with short black hair, always negotiating with customers.

I have found very poor quality of customer service within this shopping chains. I have actually found the customer service in this chains to be rude and even offensive towards me and even my complaint about it did not go anywhere. I can not recommend it at all.

Albert are mostly known in the Czech republic but not a lot of people knows that Albert belongs under the dutch Albert Hein stores. The czech option is nit so focused on the quality but in the last time they improoved a lot with variaties as Albert Trznice or Albert Promise private brand. Albert staff are mostky good motivated but somtimes a little bit to firect, as czechs are.

Really small convenience store. But you can find absolutely anything there.I always cook new dishes and constantly experiment with new flavours. In my experience every time I need something special and was pretty sure it wasn't there I was pleasantly surprised with the opposite.
