Manesova Bar and Books
I was able to get a place at the bar without reservation. Comfortable lighting and overall setup, comprehensive and solid whiskey menu with tasting options (long and short flight) for a good price. The individual whiskey drams are mildly overpriced, but the bottles seem to rotate fast enough to not lose the quality, so that's fine.You're obviously also paying for the atmosphere and the live band, which played some popular songs, which are quite overplayed and it felt soulless and burnt-out. Random confused girl in a red dress that was too big for her was walking around, not sure what she was doing, maybe she's new or something.Pretty high level of service, but it's definitely more of a place four tourists. Do not search for a genuine experience here, but it's a solid place.

Great drinks. It’s better to have reservation especially when you go there when they have some show … bit although the main part of bar was full when we arrived without reservation they offered us cigar lounge where was still enought free chairs.

Walking distance from main boulevard. Good capacity, so easier to fund a table. Snacks and cocktails are top quality as well as the service. We were lucky to see a live music show. Recommended place definitely.

Amazing, high-quality cocktails with really great service and fun, live jazz music (GREAT performance). Even the free popcorn snack was some of the best popcorn I’ve ever had. We couldn’t leave and ended up staying for about 6 hours in the evening! One of our best nights in Prague.

Nice well located 'piano bar' to spend an enjoyable and relaxed evening with a couple of drinks. We were greeted briefly after entering and told before being seated that there will be a special show that night (surcharge 100 cz crowns/person), which was appreciated so we wouldn't be surprised when paying the bill. Staff was kind. The mixology can be improved, the couple of drinks we ordered off the menu were by far tastier than the ones offered.The highlight of the night was actually the special show which was not only entertaining but also super professional, you could feel the nice vibes from the group and every song was spot on! Kudos to them because they were the cherry on the top to our friends get together.

Just wandering around the neighborhood and landed here. Came here on a Tuesday late evening and was looking for a night cap. There was a group of people at a large table and that was it. Loved the ambiance of this bar. Low lighting and a low key set up. We were greeted right away by the waitress. She was kind and sweet. Right away she let us know that it was Whiskey Tuesday. Great deal for whiskey and 30% off rare whiskey's on this day. Say less, that's unheard of. Was able to try different drinks that we would normally not order from the bar. They poured the drinks neat and had the ice on the side. I enjoyed the presentation. Got some popcorn on the side, which tasted delicious. We had a few drinks from the whiskey menu and the regular menu and wow, I was impressed! I enjoyed the lychee champagne drink from the regular menu. It was sweet from the lychee but the bubbles from the champagne eased it down. The bartender came by from time to time just to make sure everything was alright. We enjoyed our whole experience that night. Just what we needed to end the night. We spent a decent amount here considering we tried some of the rare" whiskeys. I'd recommend coming here during the week when it's less busy. Come here on a Tuesday for the whiskey Tuesday!!!! I'm not sure what it's really like during the weekend

I recently visited Manesova Bar and Books in Prague and I must say, it's one of the best cocktail bars I've ever been to! The cocktails were absolutely amazing, each one beautifully crafted with unique flavors that blended perfectly together. The mixologists really know their craft and it shows in every drink they make.The location of the bar is also fantastic. It's situated in a lively area of Prague with plenty of other great bars and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get to using public transportation or by walking. The atmosphere inside the bar is cozy and sophisticated, with comfortable seating and dim lighting that sets the mood perfectly.One thing I particularly loved about this bar was the attention to detail. Every drink was served with care and precision, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even took the time to explain the ingredients in each drink and how they were mixed, which added to the overall experience.Overall, I highly recommend Manesova Bar and Books to anyone looking for an unforgettable cocktail experience in Prague. The quality of the cocktails, the location, and the atmosphere all combine to make it a must-visit destination for anyone who appreciates great drinks and exceptional service.
