I want to express my utter dissatisfaction with the unprofessional approach of your personal at the testning center at Vaclavske namesti.On the 17.10 at 17:45 I took a covid test as I was directed by a doctor. I was the only person inside when the test was being conducted two more customers came in at the same time to pay. I partially removed my mask for the test to be conducted and at the same time there was a woman ( customer) right next to me paying, who was wearing the mask in a wrong way ( her nose wasn't covered). No one of your personal told her to use it properly and I wonder why they let people in while they were still making the test.The unprofessionalism of your employees put the customers' health and lives at risk.I am going to translate this letter into Czech and send it to the hygiene station or some other governmental body to let them know how your company operates and what harm it can do to people.Anastasia Anapolskaya

Very good and fast service.We received tset results in less than 24 hours. Also, there was an unexpected issue due to incorrect data entered by us, and we could not access test results, but support team responded to our message quickly and helped to resolve the problem in minutes.

In behalf of the Covid-19 testing point at Václav International Airport, I must say I am extremely disappointed. First of all, there wasn’t any kind of signaling on how to get to the point. Also, the conditions and data before traveling to the country were insufficient.Secondly, the queue was unbearably long; the waiting time for the normal RT-PCR pass (65€) was at least 5h, which obviously takes a lot of time for a short stay in the city. That fact determined our decision to pay the fast pass (around an extra 55€).The attention from the employees was deplorable at the beginning, specifically during the waiting time, but the worst was the time they took to set your already filled in information on a computer. Once in the sample extraction area, from my own personal experience, was a bit invasive; I had a iatrogenic epistaxis (nose bleeding due to the extraction procedure).Afterwards, we had trouble with the results. I got the message but my partner didn’t. Thankfully, the lady from the costumer service telephone line was very kind and patient and incredibly helpful. Probably the only employee who gave a proper treatment to the costumers. She solved the issue by resending the message, but we found out the administrative part at the airport (previously mentioned) hadn’t been done correctly which provoked the whole situation.To sum up, horribly managed, unbelievably slow and, definitely a money-making driven system since they could make you wait for hours unless you paid almost what the actual test costs as an extra (~123€). I hope this gets somehow solved or improved considering the forthcoming times with SARS-Cov-2 (Covid-19).

I had a Covid -19 test at Vystaviste point. Just amazing, the staff are so lovely, they calmed my nerves, it was super quick and simple. Best of all: Same day results! Highly recommended.

My husband and I got COVID tests at Prague airport. The staff was wonderful and the process was simple. We had an issue getting the text code to receive results. I sent them a message via Facebook and got an extremely quick response and resolution. Thank you!

Was in urgent need of receiving results on COVID-19 test, because it is required for work. Received only email with link on results and message, that password will be sent via SMS.At last: No SMS, can't see the results.Upd: Tech support answers quick like a lightning. Everything's OK.

Not the best service considering this company is also operating at the airport. Only one person taking swabs and 2 ladies at the desk (for some reason you go from one to another). Slow process. I have done swabs all over the world, but never been so painful as in this place. If you need this test for travel, you might have issues because the so called “English/Czech” certificate doesn’t state the actual test result in English, but only in “Czech” - negativni. We had a problem in Amsterdam’s airport because of that. Better to avoid this place if you don't want any surprises.

I have to say that I had a very nice experince at the Airport. We went there one day before travelling and directly to the testing point in Terminal 1. The queue was small (we went rather early, around 8:30) and the personell was nice and friendly.
