The car rental experience with WHEEGO was beyond my expectations.The staff was very friendly and professional. He assisted me from the early stages of booking.I had a small inconvenience on the motorway and even on that occasion they supported me by phone to allow me to continue my journey.The booked car seemed to have just left the dealership, with just 300km. It was very comfortable and super equipped.A really good experience.WHEEGO will surely be a reference for future rentals in Prague.

Really nice experience!!! First you are picked up from the airport to get to “your” car. Service is nice, smooth and friendly. When you drop off the car they drive you back to the airport. We recommend! :)

Without considering any negative review from this place, I took the chance to experience it myself.First thing they have this white & orange shuttles standby at Terminal 1 that's where I easily found it, next in 5 minutes we were at the rental office. We booked the cheapest car and last minute booking. The staff was so friendly to us and they were really busy but they were so helpful and patient. Very cheap price but they give us way better car than what we ordered, Brand New Cupra 2022 because the type of car we ordered wasn't there.At the end I enjoyed the 10 days holiday in Prague with family. And returned the car also everything went peerfect and now I'm waiting the shuttle which will pick me up in few minutes back to the airport.100% recommended.

Very friendly staff, great car and great service. Very happy with Wheego. Great value for money. Note that you have to go to the orange shuttle buses outside T2 and not to the rental firms signposted at the airport. They run all the time and only take a few minutes. Call if no one is in the office and you arrive late at night, they are close by.

The car was really cheap, getting there from the airport was easy and everything was clear and quick. I highly recommend them. If you can't drive well, don't cry about paying for the damage you've done.

Excellent, efficient, and friendly customer service. As Americans, we’re always a little anxious when exploring a new country. Patrik was excellent and we felt welcomed into the Czech Rep. I would recommend this rental and revisit in the future!

Car pick-up and drop was very professional and efficient. The car was very new and we didn’t have any issues traveling around Europe covering 1000s of kilometers. I would certainly rent again and recommend to others too. The icing on the cake is the friendly, helpful and excellent customer service.

Best Service provided in Prague ..first time use Wheego....it's 3 minutes away from terminal 1 ...Pick up was available without waiting at gate F...car was absolutely superb and while returning no issue at all...the deposit refunded immediately... and yes staff was very friendly...definitely will use them again
