STK DEKRA Praha 4

I am new in the CZ and am therefore not fluent. The 2 ladies at the desk took umbrage to this. I showed them what I needed (in Czech) on my phone and they sneered, dismissed anything I said, and throwing 'this is Czech Republic ' like it's an excuse to not bother reading Czech and doing their job.Customer service: minus 10.After much annoyance on both sides, when I got back in to ask for the complaints department, I found them explaining how outraged they were to a colleague of theirs, whose English was very good.Why not put me in touch with him with a smile in the first place, instead of acting all Sovietic, and frankly despicable?

Tried to get STK appointment and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Did not want to explain why they cannot do it, just blurbed something and hung up. Asked another friend to call in and try to get some information but happened same. No reasoning, no explanation, just no and that is it. Very rude, spoke like she was not happy she was there to answer the phone. No soft skills whatsoever. Would leave zero stars if would be possible.

I had an excellent experience. Two service personals I met were very helpful and tried their best to speak English and as a matter of fact, I was able to understand both of them well. People here are helpful! Thank you STK Dekra.

The people are friendly and professional but the lack of possibility to book an appointment is horrible. I arrived 30 minutes before they opened and was already the 6th customer. It took a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes but to be fair, they website did say there was reduced capacity sure to training new employees. Your experience may well be very different. Bring a book and a beverage.

The lady at the cashier was not helpful at all. She was very much annoyed because I didn’t speak Czech and she made faces. I understand if she doesn’t speak English but she didn’t try to help at all. And I didn’t understand where to go where to wait.Other than that, it would be better if there was an option to make reservation. It’s a lot of waiting no matter what time you go. I went there around 7-8 am two times and waited at least 2 hours.

Review 14.06.23: 2* Car acceptance was nice, paid 2070 CZK for emissions and technical check. Lady at the desk was very friendly. Arrived at 715 there were only two cars in front of me for emissions check. There were two stations. This was relatively fast. Within half an hour it was done. Most frustrating part was technical check. Some cars pop out of nowhere and cut into your queue, at least 3 cars were cutting in front of me, no proper explanation, or anything. Only one station was active, so once I was done it took my whole two hours and it was on a quiet day. Technician was really nice and friendly though. Next time I will try somewhere else only because of waiting times , messy queuing system otherwise all good.Review two years ago: 5*Easy and relatively fast procedure for STK even for non Czech speaker.

Mediocre client approach and overall experiencr. It really depends on the mood of technician who is assigned to check your car. What is beyond my comprehension is the waiting time. I guess it is the result of staff shortage but still, dont tell me that you are not able to find and hire new workers.Also, they do not enable to submit online reservation, so you may wait a long time, perhaps even a half of the day.

For a normal service of technical inspection and emmision was needed 2 hrs. There was only 20 min to waiting and without appointment. In the reception they speak a little English.
