MN6 Luxury Suites by Prague Residences

Your Apartment is very good, it was quite a wonderful experience staying in it. The location is okay, also all your facilities worked perfectly without issues, although I had to use my phone to do some translations to be able to operate your washing machine. The apartment is sparkling clean.Your apartments are okay and highly recommended. The accessibility was very easy.The only challenge we had was the lack of a broom in the apartment. I suggest that each apartment should have a broom and a packer to enable your guests sweep the floor should they mess it up.Most guest do cook and some might take just tea and bread, should there be food particles or bread crumbs on the floor how do you expect your guest to sweep the dirts off the floor without a broom.Kindly do the needful.See you when next we are in Prague.Thank you and God bless you allKelly

Great service all around. The reception arear is responsive and any advice very accurate - they try to be as helpful as possible. Their information systems must be really good as we had to change rooms twice over 5 days, but all the hotel staff we aware of this (day time / night time / front desk / cleaning / admin) and co-ordinate the room changes without us having to call to go to reception or to contact anyone - really good...they just knocked on our door and told us the new room number and handed over the new rooms keys. The main issue with MN6 is that it was hard to get a good nights sleep as the pillows are really large and square. If possible pay an extra $30, euros, whatever, and get a much more superior room with more space. Location is not bad and is about 25mins walk (or tain) to the main areas.

We were delighted with the standard of this accommodation. The rooms were large, with very high quality decorating, fixtures and furnishings. The pictures don’t do it justice. Best self catering we have ever stayed in ( 3 couples 50+, so we’ve been in a few !). Communication with remote reception was excellent - very helpful and fast responses. Location is also excellent. Great views from lounge balcony and cheap trams in the doorstep, or a leisurely 20 minute walk to centre of old town. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.It was 28 Celsius in the day when we visited, but with plenty of windows and fans in every room, we were comfortable. Don’t hesitate if you want a luxury self catering apartment in Prague.

The apartment looks better than the pictures. The rooms were well appointed and the beds comfortable. There was a service of the apartment mid way, which was useful with the towels being changed. As a family of four had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was ideal for exploring Prague and with many great places to eat in a close proximity. We would recommend staying here.

Minimum effort to provide good customer support. Right after booking the apartment I contacted the property ( while still being able to cancel the booking ) to inquire about communication for check in , informing that I am from Canada , won’t have easy access to internet ( our Canadian international data /cell plans are outrageously expensive )and will have to rely on wi-fi in other hotels during my travels through Europe and will be driving through Czech Republic on my way to Prague. I was assured that communication will be easy . Well, it wasn’t! Two days before check in I sent a message through Booking app inquiring about the check in process ( access code , apartment number ), got an answer that everything will be emailed to me 24 hours before check in time . I asked if this info could be duplicated in the communication chat on booking app since wi-fi was very week at the place I was staying ( my work emails were not loading properly). No, they couldn’t do it ( while every single hotel, apartment , Airbnb owner through my three week trip had communicated with me through that application without any problems). After numerous failed attempts to get the emails with the code , we had to ask a local person ( since we didn’t have cell service as I mentioned during initial booking) for help with calling customer support. It took several phone calls to get the code and apartment number while we were standing by the door to the apartment once again reading the response from customer service in the Booking app that they had sent all the info by the email . I was ready to book a hotel and call my credit card to cancel this booking as the agreed service was not provided . Two days later I asked for fresh towels and removal of garbage , I got the response that my request will be forwarded to the housekeeper. However , later that day the housekeeper was not aware of my request when I talked to her ( we used signs to communicate , she was very helpful but would have benefited from getting the message in her own language from the customer service). So, while the location is good and apartment is nice, lack of customer support makes the experience of staying in this apartment uniquely uncomfortable

We just stopped at the MN6 apartment for a quick Christmas break. The Apartment is amazing, well presented and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were lovely and comfy! The location overlooking the river is amazing as well. Some of my past trips to Prague has been spoilt by noise, however it was super quiet in the evening.However I feel that the place is let down by the basics. Far too much attention has been made on the wow factor and not on the basics. For starters the kitchen was lacking a microwave, there was no TV reception on either of the TVs in the apartment, No instructions were left on how to operate some heating and some of the other gadgets in the apartment. For some reason the main bathroom doesn’t have a toilet, it would make more sense to have an additional toilet in the apartment. Only one toilet in the main living space isn’t enough when you have 3 couples in all the rooms. This is why I am scoring 4 star instead of 5.Otherwise this is a very nice stop.

This is a fantastic place to stay with beautiful views! It is easy to catch a tram or walk to many attractions that are a must see in Prague. It is also a great value and perfect for a family or 2 couples because it gives you extra space. We will definitely stay there again if we revisit Prague!

Great Location. Maybe a little loud from street noise but that comes with the location. A lot of Street smoke coming in the windows from the restaurants downstairs, but this is Europe.1really good service, easy access to the lock box with the Key App.would definitely recommend!
