If you want a fresh vegetable or bread/rolls, come here and support these small markets, it's not expensive and people are more friendly here than in supermarket.

The prices are a bit higher but the selection of fruit and other food is amazing. The atmosphere is great and I would recommend this market.

You can buy seasonal vegetables and fruits from farmers, also some Czech honey and wine. Street food can be found here as well.

Not advisable for people who do not speak czech as some vendors are cheats! Today One of them who sells vegetables cheated me fr 100 Kc ..returned 100 Kc less n when i argued in english he just raised his hands n refused to entertain me as i did not speak czech! Typical of czech mentality!It was simple math.. Have encountered this often at local stores too.

Simple Street market, farmers selling directly their products plus some other small stands. Conveniently located at an important metro & tram station (I P.Pavlova) & close to several useful shops like Vodafone & food shops like McDonald's, Costa Coffee & KFC.
