Do not go here. They told me to come in after giving me a phone offer on my pristine/no-issue vehicle.Upon inspection, they revved my cars engine to the limiter for about 10-15 minutes constantly. Surely causing damage. They proceeded to give me an offer way below my asking price. After I countered slightly higher, they came back with an even lower offer saying that my car is on a blacklist for potential " issues. Not current issues. Huge waste of time and a joke. Don't call people in if the car is on your 'blacklist"."

We were looked after by Martin Dobeš who made us feel like VIPs. The whole process was taken care of, with all stress removed. And Kateřina Zímová made the whole administration super easy. Thank you.

Thank you AAA Auto for a very pleasant experience. We bought our first car, so we were not sure about the process, but Miroslav Pastrnak took care pf us very well. Explained the functions for our chosen car and made sure we chose the right one and also huge thanks to Mrs. Snizkova who explained to us everything about the paperwork process and answered every single question as detailed as possible. We are sure that we will come back for our next cars to AAA Auto :) thank you :)

Completely disgusted by the service. When buying the car it took us 5 hours to even be seen. Kept being looked over as we were English speaking.Within 5 days the car is broken and we have called around 15 times to ask for an appointment to fix the car. Every time they said I can’t speak English and my colleague will call you back…. Shock! They never did.Finally sat in customer care now and it’s been 40 minutes waiting with no help. One man came over and said we will need to wait 40 mins for him to finish a work meeting to even speak to us.We are going to push for a refund as we are furious with our treatment here.DO not but a car from here.

Just sold the car here, got fair price and whole experience felt proffesional and fast. They even handle the paperwork. Mr. Lukáš was very kind and handled the proccess masterfully. The car was in perfect order so I expected no problems.

We bought a car 5 months ago. Went there and reserved a spot for a car viewing and told them we need an english speaker. Through the phone they agreed and all was fine. At the end we were there 2 times and did not get an english speaker. We speak some CZ but not fluent. Overall it went fine, except the insurance issue. We had to cancel the one agreed with AAA (Kooperativa) because the leasing company had to have their own. A part of the agreement was a gratis dashboard camera that we got and also payed the first payment 4000 czk. When we told the agent Mrs. Štorbakova that we need to cancel it she said its fine, but also said that we cannot return the camera and we wont get the 4000 czk back. It was not the best for us but not to complicate we did not persue any further conversation as the agent did not speak english and our czech was limited. Fast forward, 3 weeks ago we got messsges and calls from Kooperativa that we are late with the second installment. We called in the insurance company and we got the answer that the contract was never canceled. Additionally we managed to cancel it but payed a penalty of 2000czk. Overall, due to the agents mistake we payed 6000 czk for the insurance we did not need. The car is good and no issuses but the administration cost us additional money unecessary.
