I had a really bad tooth pain and was looking everywhere for a dentist. Milan at Neodent was able to accommodate me right away. It turned out I needed a root canal. They gave me the choice of how I wanted it treated, whether temporarily or permanent. Even though it was last minute, I wanted to get it over with and they were able to solve my problem right away. They're very friendly, straightforward and walk you through the whole process so you feel very informed. They were very professional, patient and did everything to ensure I was comfortable during the procedure.

Rude service, they didnt bother to learn my name even though I went there 5 times and they forgot what happened in my last appointment 1 month ago. Painful xrays. Refused me service that I had confirmed we would do and instead tried to scam me from money, better go elsewhere.

Wow! I am surprised to find that I am not the only person who felt scammed by this company. My first consultation was free (covered by insurance) of course, but Dr. Mach insisted that I come back three times for cleaning as soon as possible (and pay 2K for each) before he would ever take teeth impressions, review my x-rays or diagnose my TMJ problem. This is all after I had already been to teeth cleaning that very week. It left me confused as to ask myself, is this a scam, or is this a really weird socialist system I am not used to? Either way, Dr. Mach never bothered to reply to my second and third email and I won't go back.Dr. Mach, you exposed me to radiation, and you can't even take the time to make a diagnosis?
