Not possible to pay by card in a bar near the hotel, food not delicious, and there are no conditions in the rooms.

Staff were unfriendly, not speaking fluent English therefore it was very hard to explain things. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Very pleasant staff, basic rooms very clean, but careful during summer no air conditioning.

The hotel has a great entrance and beautiful ambience around the entrance. The restaurant has some good meal options but just 1 or 2 vegetarian options. The rooms and lobby is a bit shady and could get better. The bar is great and also the staff is kind.

The rooms are old, the bathrooms are cold, the staff is not as friendly as expected for extremely high price of all mentioned above. Wifi coverage very bad, breakfast with little to choose from.

Hotel is long past it's finest days. Rooms are refurbished on few levels and they are ok. But just ok. Corridors and elevator are not. I suggest to look for other place if looking for satysfying comfort.

Dirty, used towels. broken light, wardrobe, bin. Very strict stuff. No breakfast. I am very disappointed

Waiter unfriendly. Cuppicino was cold when it was served. Would not go there again!
