I am beyond happy to have Pet hardware company for my supplier for dog business. I am always surprised how fast they ship and the best part is, I have never have any missing items in my orders. The customer support is amazing, and also the materials. Had never had any returns of faulty metal from my customers. Really recommend!

I have been buying from this company for a few years now and have been thoroughly satisfied with their professionalism and service. My orders are accurate and arrive quickly. Buying from a foreign country has been a nightmare but they make it work. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Great products nothing to say about that. Service is great too. The only issue I have with them is that they kind of have a manopoly on hardware in Europe. That is fine but with the latest Brexit rules there are a lot of fees when it comes to shipping to the UK. This can be avoided if the order sum is smaller than £135. Pethardware for some reason has a minimum order spend of £135. So you always have to pay a fee when you buy from pethardware. Other companies like paracord.eu are more than happy to make orders under £135 to avoid the fee but yet pethardware seems to either not care or there is something fishy going on..Latest order had a bill of £87 attached for just fees, had it been under £135 there would be none!Just sort this out for your smaller customers..

I have been very disappointed with my most recent order from Pet Hardware. I run my own small business in Toronto, Ontario and ordering buckle from this company was not affordable but I took a risk to better serve my customers. Firstly, I accidentally forgot to add 3 items to my cart and thankfully I emailed the company right away when I realized this. Luckily, they were able to adjust the shipment before it shipped out (so I thought). However, I soon received another email that my order had shipped. I was very disappointed because the shipping alone on this package was over $70 and now I would have to place another order for a simple mistake. I tried to explain my situation to this company and even though they originally told me that they would adjust my shipment before shipping it out they did not hold up their end of the bargain. They quickly dismissed multiple emails and told me that there is nothing they can do and I would have to place another order. On top of that, two weeks later when my package finally arrived I have already noticed that some of the rose gold buckles have large areas that are green. I am very disappointed in the product and their customer service. I was hoping to be a life long customer but it looks as though I will be back to the drawing board looking for another retailer.

I have been using pet hardware for the last few years. I can honestly say that I have not had a bad experience. The range of products is extensive and of a good quality. My orders were always correct and on time . The brass products that I use are a very good quality. The prices are very competitive and when you purchase in large quantities there is a very attractive discount.The website is easy to use and makes it quite easy to note product numbers for reference when re-ordering.I would like to see more brass choices like 2 roller buckles and dees and Brass long link choke chains. I have a huge demand for these products and find them extremely hard to source. Otherwise everything is really good and will continue to use pet hardware."
