Overall satisfied. Once the package wasn't well wrapped, causing damage to the product but I was reimbursed. After that the packages were very well wrapped. Pro covid very fast delivery internationally. Sometimes the email response is a bit late.

Fast shipping to spain, bought a harness and a figure 8 for canyoning which were on discounted price on july 2021, the harness was made in 2018 and the figure 8 in 2019, so if you buy things with discounted price watch out they quite likely are gonna be a few years old.
