H&M doesn't want to give real refundHello, guys!I'm writing this post because I was shocked and want you to be careful returning back items of HM.If you don't have a Czech member account, they will not give you a real refund,but their HM card with the credit on it.I've never had such discrimination and been so disappointed.I bought a coat today in Olympia but wasn't sure about it. At home I tried it again and understood that it's really too big and doesn't fit well.So I went to HM in the centre of Brno with receipt and everything, but they game me only that card and refused to do a real refund.I have a Spanish members account of HM but that doesn't work for them.But independently from that, in any shop I've never had such an issue, with or without any member account.Be careful.

Last week I bought a pair of sweatpants for 400 czk, which isnt cheap for h&m czechia, but I liked them. Less than one week later I noticed a hole in the pants. Disappointed to say the least.
