I have been in almost all of your stores and everything was ok, but NEVER i Will back in shop in Prague 5, the lady was very rude and she doesnt know what is costumer service, please remember her that life is beautiful when you are working too. Enjoy

One of my favorite places to get wine and liquor. Surprisingly diverse selections, with an always smiley staff. If you're in the neighborhood and looking to buy, this is a great place.

Big selection of wines, although I found them having only three types of Californian and no Australian wine. Their shelves were stocked with French, Italian…I bought an Austrian (Österreich) Keringer Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 which is very promising.(My favourite wines are red, namely Californian and Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. They should stock up on these.)They have huge stock of Moravian (Czech Republic) wines. I seriously doubt that I would like a Moravian Cabernet Sauvignon, but I am willing to try on my next visit.

I like this place. They have a large assortment of wines and liquors. Prices are very good and they have a web site you can look on before you go to the store. They also have delivery.

Terrible service, felt like we were intruders in cashiers house. She was not only able to advice on wines, but was rude and unprofessional in general.

What happened with the saleswomen at the Andel branch? I came to pick up 3 ordered and paid Rum bottles. She put them on the cashier's desk like she wants to break them!!! I could hear the very strong sound and was really shocked but still tried to be calm! What if they were broken? She even took out the receipt like she wants to throw it at me!!! In the end, I still was very polite to her! Please improve your customer service skills!
