I happens today between 21:40 - 21:50. I was staying next to the cashier lady. I was holding chips and water. I didn’t put them on the line because it’s dirty so I just was holding it in my hands. Than security guy approached me and told me to put it in the line. I said I don’t want. He asked me again and I said it again I don’t want. Then he tried to take chips and bottle away from my hands and told me if I won’t do it the cashier lady won’t sell me nothing. Than he started swearing at me. And as a result I wasn’t served and they didn’t sell me the water and chips

Except for one lady at the cash desk most of the staff is rude and angry. Today I witnessed them screaming at the customer, because he brought recyclable bottles to the machine, reason? Lady screamed that she has no worker to empty the machine after the customer in the afternoon..!?There are usually max. 2 cash desks open, so you always wait in a long line.. 3 self service desks are mostly out of order - no wonder.. one of the ladies from the cash desk has take care of them too.. Poor management..

Really good selection for a city-center grocery. Also lots of bakery options. Would have liked a few more standard bread choices, but can’t have absolutely everything. The prices were not as inflated as at other small shops in the area.

Nice grocery store. Especially in the summer since the aircodition is perfect. Also don't miss that it has two floors.

I like doing grocery in Albert. However, of all the Alberts I've been in ČR, this one is the worst! The self-pay terminals don't work. When it does, the cashier won't believe that you paid! It happened twice to me and my friend. Most cashier staffs speak neither cesky nor anglícky. There is only one lovely lady here who's very accommodating.

Very rude, arrogant and angry staff. Both me and my partner had an extremely uncomfortable experience while paying for our food (at seperate aisles). The lady even grabbed my partners arm to make her point. Do not recommend.

Somewhat empty and understocked, this supermarket seemed very dirty.Staff were friendly but it did not feel very clean. They also had no Capri Sun Mystic Dragon, which was the whole reason of visiting.
