They have an confusing google ad which advertise them as DPD. Ordered international package, invoicing adress was diferent to pickup adress but picker drived to invoicing adress. No one aswered the phone or called back during the whole day. Got to solve everything with DPD and bring the packege to their depo.

One day delay, the last day before the delivery the consignment disappeared from the tracking system completely as if it had never existed. On the day of delivery it pop up again normally. Even with all that, taking into account it was by far the cheapest offer I was able to find on the market, I consider the service/performance quice acceptable. :)

Warning! Terrible service. The package was not delivered on time. I contacted ShipEx few times and although they promised to find out where the package was and call me back, they never did. I had to contact DPD in Sweden and resolve the problem myself. I highly do not recommend this shipping company for their unprofessional behavior.
