YOGASPACE - joga v Praze

Ivana is an amazing trainer, flowing with you during Vinyasa but always pushing if confident enough. The space can host up to 15 people without being much crowded. I’ve started with no knowledge and made lot of progresses during few months, recommended for both beginners and advanced students.

For a bit over than 2 years, I have known Ivana and her wonderful Yoga Space. It has been amazing to attend the classes in English, both in the morning and evening during the week. Also there are some classes during the weekend which are great too. Ivana is an amazing professional and I can say that it was a fantastic add to my usual yoga practice. Ivana pushes for you but at the same time helps you to improve your positions and posture. I totally recommend this place (beginners or intermediate/experience people).

For a bachelorette party we booked an hour with Ivana and were very happy with it! Ivana gave us a warm welcome and explained and showed us everything very well, adapted to the level of each one. In between, she took pictures for our photo album and was very responsive to requests. We also felt very comfortable in the room we were in.Thank you Ivana for the great service! We can only recommend Yogaspace!

I can't even find enough words to say how lucky I am to have found Yogaspace. From the moment you enter the class the experience becomes a feast for your senses, mind, body and soul. I was searching for yoga classes in English for quite some time, and was so happy to find that they offer at Yogaspace, and not only, but have different hours, so that easily to combine with a busy schedule. The place also has perfect location in the very center of the city. Ivana and Ziggy are friendly, positive, professional, flexible with great sense of humor and it's a pleasure to communicate with each of them. I love that in her class Ivana is not only showing the asanas but constantly moves amongst us and corrects us, shows the right position and manages to take the best of you in the practice. I totally love the experience and recommend the place and these guys!

I love the classes taught in English. I like the studio so much I made sure to my Airbnb was within walking distance :). I'll make sure to return whenever I have a chance to visit Prague.

Do not go to this studio. It`s too good for you. Leave it for me. Find yourself another or practice at home. This studio is so perfect that you don`t deserve it.

Amazing place! I have been trying out multiple places around the world and yoga never touched me like in this studio. After every lesson I smile, have a good mood and in general feel positive energy in my body. The instructors pay attention to every student, you feel that you are not just a number to them. Ivana, Oya, Ziggy, thank you a lotLooking forward to the next class. Highly recommend!

Best place to clear up your mind and make your body feel great

I visited this yoga studio once or twice a week during my semester abroad. Absolutely recommendable! It is affordable and there are many classes held in English every day. Besides, the yoga teachers are super friendly and especially Ivana, the owner, has always been helpful and very kind.

Great place with knowledgeable instructors and amazing atmosphere
