I am very satisfied with the service. Went in for a phone battery replacement. the phone was tested for possible errors, for my model the battery had to be ordered because it was not available, which they immediately warned about (however, as well as about the full cost of services) and found how to do everything as conveniently as possible for me. And what is very pleasant to communicate in English

A good place where I can always get my computer fixed fairly quickly. A thing that I feel they should not charge for is cleaning the computer from dust, if they are doing a major fix, like changing a keyboard and a battery. Like you could possibly do a quality job on that without getting the dust out first to make sure you do a great job. It should be part of the job.But it is just how I’d do the business and probably soon go under. Apart from that, great and fast job as always.

Yes, Apple exchanged my device through them which was ok, even though they used some creative exchange rate. However, they mishandle personal data and spam your email requesting a positive review.

My first experience with iOpravna was positive, I had a simple issue - broken iPad screen glass, so they only replaced the device with a new one. Very short wait time in the line, quick turnaround time to get the replacement unit. Overall, very good experience.

Very bad experience. I had a problem in the signal of my Iphone 7. I took it to this center. The phone was not repaired + I was charged 400 czk + screen protection was removed and destroyed + and the worst that my phone became blocked where I am not able to even to start it up. I took again to them, they said they can not do anything. I may understand that the phone was not repairable, but I expect, at least, to take my phone back in the same condition that I delivered to an Authorized Apple Provider" rather than to get it completely useless.Very unprofessional

In Fall of 2021, I studied abroad in Prague and my Macbook keyboard needed a repair. I came to iOpravna for assistance and they replaced my Macbook’s topcase in a timely manner and their customer service was great! They even let me know that my 2019 Macbook fell under Apple’s warranty for the butterfly keyboard and did my repair for free. Even after more than a 1 year from when I got my repair, iOpravna helped me get a copy of my receipt that I lost a few months ago. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!
