Staff are usually VERY rude to customers approaching them in any other language other than Czech.We shop there regularly as the products are great but they have always been rude. Usually answered with a very loud NE!" when politely ask if they speak English and even when we try to use the bit of Czech we know. The main guy just shouts at you "CESKY!". So rude.Yes

If you want to sell premium meet (for undoubtly premium price), you should have staff to this level. Came there at 7:15 pm (after a while since last time), far to closing time, they were unfriendly, all of the sudden forcing me to put items into the basket (four staff behind the counter, only 2 of us customers - really not crowded), when I started the discussion (politely, really), another staff lady told me to stop that they have been at work the whole day. Come on! Likewise the customers. I paid for items which I had so far in the basket (sic) and left promptly. I will buy steaks (which I originally came for) elsewhere. To cut it short, I will continue to buy premium meet at Rohlik.cz and will not support your outlet anymore.

Great selection but EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE. I speak Czech, however, as it is not my first language you can hear an accent and sometimes I tend to use a word or two different than a local. This seems to bother the staff IMMENSELY.I have been to Meatpoint a couple of times, however, since their products are very quality, I have tried to be patient.Today I have had enough. It was a day where the entire staff was in some way or another unpleasant. What takes the cake is the black haired pony tailed lady indirectly calling me a cow to her colleague. What set her off? Because I said I would kindly like 15 pieces" instead of "15 SLICES" of salami. Which seemed to be the problem last time with the older white haired "gentleman" with the earring.They often also pretend not to hear you when they hear that you're not a native speaker making you more nervous.I have heard my Czech friends also say the staff was rude to EVEN CZECH people - a case where a customer left and they immediately started trash talking her on the entire establishment."

Stuff is very rude. And they don't listen to you. Even though I said several times I want minced meat, I saw at home that they gave me a whole block of meat.They start preparing after your first sentence and they don't bother to listen what you said.Also they don't speak English and they declare it very loud and rude.

Best place for high quality meat near Hradčanská. They don’t only have beef like their website shows. Poultry, cheeses, sausages, and much more!

Of all the countries I have worked in in Europe, Asia and North America, i would rate this among the best. Western style service, friendly and multilingual staff. Also a fitting selection of wines and spices.

I love this butcher. Meats , breads, and pasta are fantastic. I find the service to be great as well.

Good selection of meat and deli. Unfortunately I experienced rude service most of the times. For the higher price they ask, I would expect much better service - not being rude to customers should be the total minimum! The only plus is the longer opening hours compared to meat shops nearby - otherwise no reason to go here.

Don’t go there if you don’t speak czech. I witnessed a situation where a tourist was shouted at “Speak czech! Speak czech!” by a guy behind the counter. Terrible customer service.

I am the neighborhood of this butcher which I went and bought some meat often because the quality was slightly better than any supermarket in Praha ( I thought )Once This one is not cheap at all but I could pay happily because there was nowhere to buy fresh and high quality than here ( again I thoughtcrimes)But recently I felt very sad when I faced the shopkeepers’ behavior.First, They were very rude and aggressive.For example : in front of the customer, they threw the something here and there. Why, Unnecessary!)Last, the every shop keeper don’t wear the hygiene gloves to grip and cut the meat. What a disgusting!!I am really wondering there is any owner who care of it or not?Děkujeme.
