Some employees don't speak English. They should know English. Not all customers speak Czech well. By the way. I’ve ordered one Grande Americano. Better with warm milk. It tastes great. I've been visiting this Starbucks almost every week. This place is pretty small. So I recommend visiting this Starbucks in the morning. Afternoons are busy

Staff is young, welcoming and willing to help. Assortment of products is wast and quality of the coffee is excellent. Shop is clean, orderly and well heated despite essentially being half of the glass. For smokers, ashtray is right outside which is nice.

Here is the most tasty cheesecake in Pardubice. But the coffee is nothing special. Yes, it's beautiful, but the taste is not worth this money. 5 stars for cheesecake and very nice staff
