Horrible service, scam.They told us to leave the car there immediately. We knew there was just a problem with the tire. They called us the car needed a repair voor 60.000 Kc. Which is absolutely wrong since we checked the car 2 weeks before. When we didn’t agree to the repair they made us pay 2800 Kc for “checking”. The forced us to pay, otherwise we didn’t get the car back. Eventually we fixed the tire somewhere else for 700 Kc! DO NOT GO HERE

We are travelling and had issues with the brakes in our van. They gave us an on the spot quote for replacement. They informed us of more damage and sent pictures confirming this. Everything was completed in 24 hours and we were back on the road. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

It was quite expensive, but they fixed everything we agreed on. They sent photos of their finding when it was necessary to understand what they found inside the engine.

Hello, Was passing through the Czech Republic and was unfortunately deceived by this workshop. They took advantage of my situation with a broken car and the family in the car as a tourist! My dpf filter was clogged and for this job they wanted 34000 Czech crowns (about €1500) They couldn't clean the dpf filter and had to send the dpf filter, which stands for diesel particle filter, to another company for a total of 34,000 Czech crowns (€1,500), which is insanely expensive. I decided to take the car from the workshop which was still broken and had to pay SEK 11296 (about €500) Czech crowns for nothing as they thought they had diagnosed the car and replaced a pressure sensor unnecessarily which did not fix the problem. The car itself warned of dpf filter failure so no diagnosis for €500 was necessary. Managed to Google a car workshop about 5km away that cleaned these filters for 7300 Czech crowns (about €300) and I was able to wait for the car as the job took 3 hours total disassembly/cleaning/assembly! For this job they wanted around €1500! The people I was in contact with at the workshop Garant service Servis Audi Praha, Na Jarově 2424/2, 130 00 Praha 3-Žižkov, Czech Republic should be ashamed and I want to warn others as they are professional liars! After the cleaning at the other workshop for €300, the car runs flawlessly as I drove almost all over Europe on the car holiday! Otherwise, Prague was a nice city with nice people!Zdenko Madzar

Don’t use their service if you are foreigner, I had bad experience with them. They advertise themselves as an AuDI service, but their knowledge is very poor!Be aware, they overcharge you, the Czech authorities should check them!!!!

Had a problem with a whining noise whilst motorhome was been driven which is basically a fiat ducato,left it with them, and to cut a long story short after investigating the fault a wheel bearing was replaced, at a cost of £777.00 just arrived in Germany on a motorhome site, enquired from a local garage, should be about €3-350 the only thing he wasn't wearing when he charged me was a mask, avoid, avoid, avoid.

Quite expensive but very good and friendly service. I’m not a mechanic so can’t I say if all things were necessary, but what can I say, eh? For transparency sake, please see the invoice of the service.

Very friendly, excellent communication by email to organise, once at the garage the people were helpful.
