Do not go here if you have colour in your skin. Came in by myself they asked if I had a reservation, I said no. They said sorry we have no tables. Proceeded to order a drink at the bar. 5 minutes later, 2 white guys coke in without a reservation and a table was given to them with menus. 2 minutes after that, another guy came in (white) by himself, a table was given.Disgusting in 2023 when people who earn £5-£10 an hour can treat you like this.

Nice restaurant just opposite the tram stop,food was excellent,I enjoyed the Czech beer as well, service was friendly and prices reasonable

Typical Czech beer joint ...I don't know if I was just really thirsty but I will always remember this place as the place where I had the tastiest beer ever!!! ... Pilsner Urquell tankovna style!!! ...I don't think it took more then 30 seconds to down that first beer!! ...it was heavenly!! ...crisp, perfect temperature with a thick foam ...the best beer I ever had!! ...my girlfriend who normally doesn't drink beer loved it!!

Food was okay, waiters were nice up to the point when we had to pay. I am very happy to leave a tip if the service is good, however, it seems horrible to me that you are literally forced into it and judged if you don't want to. This is not the US, waiters should not depend on the tips and should be paid properly. I felt very uncomfortable and would not go back again.

Racist waitress ! Waitress Told my family and I to get out because we weren’t European. She was screaming and cursing at us for being Americans. Most bizarre thing I have ever experienced. The entire staff was quiet and ignored the waitress outrageous behavior. We decided to leave because we were with kids and felt attacked. Only happened in this restaurant on our entire trip to Prague.

This place is always busy, and its very difficult to get a table. Nearly all are reserved. The food is Czech and OK. It could be better especially the cold dumplings with the goulash. However if you just fancy a beer its a good spot to watch people come and go.

We stopped here after visiting the castle. We only share a plate but it was very very nice.English menu and card payment
