Usually overcrowded post office and I never saw everything open. You can easily wait there more than 30 minutes

Today the working lady on the 7th prepazka was literally screaming at me for no reason. The stuff should be checked for not being rude. It’s just impossible to go there and listen to this unprofessional stuff. I hope CZECH post will do something about it. WHAT A SHAME!

Waiting time is at least 1 hour no matter when you come, the longest I had - 3 hours. I never receive parcel on arrival notification on time, usually it's last call notifications only.Staff is friendly and helpful but very slow. I mean VERY. Always try to avoid any shipping here if possible.

Horrible attitude to customers, very bad organisation, rude workers, I was need to buy one post stamp and I was waiting for this 40 MINUTES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!When I asked a person whose turn it was to buy for me a post stamp this terrible woman said that she will not sell it. I hope she will have a diarrhea.

The lady at counter 3 (Czechpoint) was polite and kind. My Czech isn't that good and I was struggling to understand her. She took her time to explain in English and point out the error.

The old lady took my package and didn't provide me a tracking number. I tried to write my name and address on the package but she told me that it's not necessary. Next day when I realized that I can't track my parcel anyhow I got back to the post office with receipt but the other lady said (sitting on the chair) that it's not possible to find my parcel anymore.So be careful to deal with lazy people and stay sharp every time.

Probably the worst Czech Post I have ever been.Extremely long waiting time (just to post a normal letter waited for 40 minutes in the queue).I don’t recommend this post to anybody.

Huge lines no matter what time of day, unfriendly staff. Very understaffed compared to most post offices. Normally wait an hour for a package/letter pickup. Avoid this place if possible!
