Удобно расположенный офис VZP. Специалистка была профессиональной и вежливой. Быстро положительно решила мой вопрос и оперативно оформила документы. Ей определенно 5 звёзд. В целом 4 звёзды, одну снял из-за временами большой очереди клиентов. Из-за очереди в первый приход часов в 16 решил сразу же уйти и мой вопрос решил уже во второй приход часов в 9 утра , когда народу было немного

PVZP is a company fully owned by the Czech state. Foreigners from third countries that choose to live in Czech that are unemployed or self employed, or family members not yet permanent residents must and can only use this company for health insurance. It was given a monopoly in 2021. Prices for health insurance as a result went up 600 percent. Consider also, Once a contract term is complete, any condition within the previous term “can” be considered pre-existing. Profits from this company go towards supporting the Czech health system. Currently the state company does not make any of its yearly financial statements public.

I am leaving a review for VZP not PVZP. They are on this address too. The people in this branch are the best people to deal with even you don't speak Czech. Very accommodating people and always help you understand the laws and rules and explain the required documents. I have been to other VZP offices where i only get neruzumin" and a rolling eyes. Big shout out to these lovely staff here❤"

Thank you Tomáš Šubrt for your help changing my address today. He was very professional and polite. He also went through all the bonuses that VZP offer their clients which I previously didn't know about, and he helped me set up the online account so I can see my previous payments. If you're not confident speaking Czech, I would recommend visiting this branch as they are very helpful and speak English.

Pvzp is so terrible, I do not know why the government requires everyone to buy this. This is monopoly without any service. I send them emails , they either reply in CZ or do not reply at all. My claims have not been settled for months. Terrible, really really terrible.

I don’t know how other commercial insurances are. But PVZP is terrible. Almost all doctors/clinics told us that they don’t pay them any money and that they are extremely difficult to deal with. Everything they need to approve and review and it takes ages on purpose so you would give up, even for serious conditions. You are basically better off going anywhere else than here
