The establishment could be better and staff friendlier, but you can go and play there okEdit: you need to ask to be served, after we got menu and picked, they said they dont make food that day anymore, because of some reservation. Why give us the menu then?

Stuff is not as friendly , smoking is allowed and pretty thick. Bowling equipment is great.

Good bowling, darts, pool and even ping-pong, but not much nice and kind personnel. Standard meals.

Really nice play to have fun with friends. It's not very expensive and you have several options of games.

As a customer, I believe that a basic level of professionalism and courtesy should be expected from those in a service industry. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would caution others considering a visit to this establishment to be wary of the behavior they may encounter from the management.Despite our friendly demeanor and attempts to book a time for games, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, even going so far as to scream at us and ignore our requests. It was a disappointing and upsetting experience that left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected.In conclusion, I do not recommend this place due to the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager during my visit.

The staff messed up our order and made us pay sonething we didn't order.

The personnel should at least pretend the hospitality.
