leurs lingettes TWIDO vendu chez ALDI sont de la vrai daube !!! date limite de vente 10/06/2021 : j'ai ouvert 4 paquets les uns après les autres et elles sont toutes sèches !!! poubelle !!

Bought 6 double packs at Aldi's. It was impossible to take out one single sheet of the pack . The wipes" were sticking together and tearing apart when trying to take one out. Wrote to this company attaching several photos . All I reveived initally was that there was no problem in their production. Instead of apologizing they insinuated that I was wrong. So I showed it to Aldi and they confirmed that the product was not OK. Wet Wipes came back after I showed that I was right and suggested to send them the incriminated products. Postage would have been more expensive than the cost of the products. One more stupidity on behalf of this company. Why haven't they suggested to send me product that is flawless? Does it not exist? I told them that they owed me an apology - no answer! A company that does not know customer satisfaction and has no conscience! Tut tut!"
