On the day we were there we found a person that spoke English and was able to help us, and other 2 people we interacted with were very nice.Otherwise the shop is very big, on 2 levels, with a lot of options inside.Our kids also wanted to buy some water bottles that mainly you can buy only if you had them ordered online, and they told us we can buy them if we just send an e-mail to a certain e-mail address. Very useful info!Otherwise it's anyway quite fast: what we booked online from this shop (an item that they have in their stock at Zlicin), I received the confirmation that it is ready for pick-up in just about 1 hour.

The worst staff ever really unfriendly and it was so hard to get something I reserved also I got just 1 shoe in the box instead of 2 and that took another 5 minutes don’t go there!!! Worst shop ever !!! NOT RECOMMEND if you don’t to waste your time
