We were here for a concert called Ostrava Zpívá Gospel. It was fantastic! The facility is nice and they did a nice job of keeping the character of the original building.

It is a very big and modern auditorium situated within Ostrava-Vitkovice Machinery and Tools complex. It is suitable for and can play host to all kinds of events, conferences, social, business and other types of gatherings. It is very spacious and has a restaurant in within.

It's a wonderful place for events. Halls are spacious and completely different. The place is surrounded by huge machines. I simply loved this place.

One of the most interesting places to visit a concert.If you happen to visit Ostrava you simply must visit this area. The so called DOV is a unique place you wont see around the world.The Gong hall an excellent concert hall which gives you another sfere of pleasure.Mostover, the Pecka Bakery which is situated next to the entrence is a fantastic place to have a coffee, sourdough bread or Napoletan pizza.

Went here for #TBEXostrava2018 conference. It’s a very unusual conference place as it used to be an industrial coal mine during soviet occupation. It since has been cleverly repurposed to be a modern, multifunctional corporate/academic center with tons of room for all kinds of venues. Be sure to climb up the Bolt Tower for a 360 view of Ostrava!!!

Had the honour of speaking at an event in this venue.An old converted gas store has been turned into a 1500 seater auditorium.Transport to and from the venue is the only issue you will have with it. I used Liftago to get there and back.
