I have made appointment for the morning and drove there 30mins to take my car to clean and wash, but they refused cleaning the car saying that my car is dirty and it will take more time to clean it. I even offered to cover the extra hours, but they still said we don’t have time to clean the car even though I made appointment. I don’t understand, what means ‘dirty car’, since the service they should provide is to clean the dirty car. Why would even someone take their clean car to clean again? I had to drive back 40mins in traffic, which means I lost almost 2 hours of mine. Never ever passing by this car wash again. This service is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED!

Fast and quality car wash. The car was washed brilliantly. Also after washing I realised that the imprint of the ball on the hood was not a dirt but scratches. The guys offered to polish the spot, got it done in 5 minutes and left no signs of scratches. They didn’t even want to take extra money for polishing.
