Nice old style hardware shop, prices are fair. Disadvantage is, shop is not open on weekends.

Service was really good even without being able to communicate in English. They sell a lot of things for being 10X smaller that Hornbach.

It's a typical Czech business, where they don't care selling anything, won't try to help you. You'll notice the moment you step into the shop. Variety of things in the shop aren't useful if you don't know the exact type and model of the things you are looking for as they don't help at all. It also comes with the rudeness.

By far the worst shop around, it's like travelling in time to the communism, where all the people in the shops were lazy and aggressive jerks, who were just looking for any excuse not to help or serve you at all. Be prepared to be ignored or smirked at at best and shouted at worst. Would give it 5/5 if it was one of those muzeums of communism though! :-D
