The best optic shop ever. I had had some problems with my contact lenses, the shop responded and handled it very responsibly. They helped me measure my eyes again ( Thanks to Mrs.Sucha Jana. You were really devoted to what you were doing) . Then they gave me some new contact lenses to try out for free to figure out which are the most suitable for me. That was truly great service!

Excellent customer service. We stopped by without an appt. while we were in Prague and they made time for us there and then. The team spoke excellent English, they made sure our doggy was spoilt while waiting for us, and our glasses arrived in perfect condition in the post less than a week later. The glasses aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!
