Dental Karlín

I feel I was ripped off from this dentist. I went in for a simple repair on my on my denture and was charged double. I was told there would be a small charge for expedited lab work but double is too much. I would have happily paid the extra fee but when my dentures came back they didn't fit anymore. I was given the excuse that it was because they are 10 year old but why did they fit before they were fixed? This could have been fixed with a simple soft-liner but I was told that they don't do that in the Czech Republic. I find that hard to believe because it is not new technology and it is not a complicated process.I will be finding a different dentist to replace my dentures completely.

Very satisfied with quality of services and price since I can compare with my previous experience. In particular, I have partially broken tooth and after each repair in other clinics dental filling not lasted even a year. After visiting MDDr. Simonidesova in 2020 I have no complains more than 3 years, well done! Also I should mention how warm and friendly atmosphere there thanks to the staff and dentist assistant.

For at least year and half (i.e. during 3 regular check-up visits), I complained about significant pain I feel in specific place when I use inter-dental toothbrush. I was told at Dental Karlin that there is no problem with my teeth and that my gums are probably just extra sensitive. In the end of 2021 I changed my dentist (because I moved) and my new dentist immediately informed me (without me telling him anything) that I have serious tooth infection in this exact place. I don't mind paying extra but I expect extra care for my extra money, which I didn't get at Dental Karlin. PS They were much better around 2017-2018 and then got worse.

Every time I call in they always seem annoyed talking to you. Total disregard to patient’s concerns. Staff has bad attitude. They are cold, rude and dismissive of your concerns. Don't do it ! That's all I have to Say.

Profesionální péče, příjemní lídé a prostředí, špičkové vybavení. Absolvoval jsem několik hodin spravování chrupu u MDDr. Nádherné, která byla fantastická. Její souhra se sestrou je úplný koncer. Vždy bez jakéhokoliv problému. Stejně tak i dentální hygiena. Doporučuji.

Me and my wife visited this clinic in April 2018 (for the first time) to do a regular teeth check. To our big surprise, after doing the Röntgen Scans the doctor found more than 5 teeth defects in me and more than 10 in my wife. This was highly suspicious as we usually do not have any problems with teeth. We decided not to take any action. Today (October 2018) we visited our regular (family) dentist to do the check again, and surprise surprise, no teeth defects at all. None. I am not a big fan of such fear tactics, especially when coming from people in a position of trust, therefore, I would highly recommend you to avoid this clinic.

Went here with my 8-year old son who went to the dentist for the first time. This is completely my fault, although there were serious circumstances that contributed to this. The kiddo's teeth aren't great and he needed to have a cavity fixed. While everyone is really nice here I have to give extra kudos to the nurse who is absolutely wonderful. She explains everything so even the child understands and calms down. He was obviously very nervous about what will happen and came in crying already. The nurse made him understand and helped him calm down completely. And he has a fixed tooth and no trauma from dentists. Thank you!

Worst service i have ever experienced. I made an appointment and was waiting for more than a month, when the day finally came, they told me that the doctor was not there, and that they have to reschedule a meeting for me, which was going to be after another month. Do not bother going to this clinic, they have no respect for clients time, or their needs. If you want to wait for an appointment for nothing, then go to this clinic.Oh and by the way, this happened to me twice with this clinic, after the first cancelation i decided to give them another chance, but now after this, i won't even look their direction again. Absolutely unprofessional.

Dental Karlín jsem navštívil poprvé začátkem roku 2023. Moc děkuji za vstřícný, profesionální a milý přístup paní MDDr. Šimonidesové. Byl jsem zde již několikrát a s radostí budu ordinaci paní doktorky navštěvovat nadále. Souhra paní doktorky se sestrou je skvělá. Pokud navíc hledáte kliniku s dobrou dostupností (pouze 1 zastávka tramvaje od autobusového nádraží Florenc), mohu jen doporučit.
