I am very sorry to bother with such case. Afterall for some of us it might be a bit ridiculous, but for me at the moment it was somethinge where the customer service of a certain person called Yullie was totaly unprofessional. I’ve asked for a large size orange juice. I’ve been handed a cup where the liquid inside was way under the 4dcl line. So I asked if it’s possible to fill it out a bit more, since it is this much under the line. In this case Yullie was way too fast finished with “explaining” that this, what I just got, IS 4 dcl :). I am defenitely not a person who looks after such cases and visits places to make problems. We all are people and we all do mistakes. All I looked for was a professional customer service which I didn’t get at all. Handing over such customer service at my places I guess I’d be fired already.

This is a standard Mc Donald’s the service is very quick and the people are all the time very friendly. Even though the restaurant is very well located the thing is that during peak hours there is not enough space to sit down. Also the restroom is not that big for the amount of people is coming to the restaurant.

The worst Mac Donald in the world, I’m a traveler I have been literally in almost every Mac Donald restaurant in Europe and the professionalism of this one specific is unbelievable. We ordered 2 meals and they literally forgot all the drinks and one meal. I end up with only one meal. We called them they say is not possible that they forgot. We called the delivery guy he also said that was not his fault. We went to the rest aunt at 9pm, and is the restaurant fault. Unbelievable. We supposed to eat at 8:30pm and now is almost 10pm. Never again coming to Prague because of this experience.

Worst McDonalds I ever experienced on 4 continents. Fries old and limp, no salt. Burger tasteless. You should avoid that place and look for an authentic Czech restaurant instead.

I loved it.The customer dealing was very friendly. The staff were English speaking and cooperative. We arived pretty sooner than our check-in time at the hotel, We did our breakfast here and waited until our check-in time.

Family of 3. Ordered and paid 3 meals. Use of toilet is 10kr each even for paying customers ... but a sign says you get a voucher to deduct from your purchase. Wanted to use our 3 vouchers (30kr) to buy another burger ... store manager then tells me I can only deduct one voucher per product ... what??? really??? absolutely disgusting customer service!Food is what it is, kids love it. Branch is quite small and narrow, so not too comfortable,. Cleanness of branch was so so.

Not Good coffee. Next to the opera house and Big station.Spare 10 K for the toilet.This place could have Been mOre relaxant if some old couple didn't come to my place and start eating without any apologies nor explanations Nor excuses in spite of the fact that there are lots of places anywhere else?I 'm still puzzling about that: is this Prague?

They kicked us out with the excuse that we had been there for a long time, when another guy was there from 6 am exactly like us, then we asked why we’re getting kicked out and they pretended they couldn’t speak English.First of all they were laughing at us and they only decided we had been there for a long time in the exact moment we mentioned we were Mexicans

Deliberate ripoff at the touch screens? Ive traveled to many countries and used the automated touch screen to order items many times. This is the first time we've ever come across one that asks you to reconfirm the sandwich of your meal near the end of your order. Once you do, the receipt is cleverly disguised to hide what just happened. Then out comes out the tray of food with two main sandwiches.???I then looked at the girl in confusion and she immediately turns around and quickly rushes away as if she knew what just happened. To make matters worse, the exact same thing happened to my friend. He also wound up with two sandwiches.In order not to ruin our first night in Prague, we took the loss and looked for a homeless person to give the burgers worth over $10 to.
