I have long and thick hair, quite difficult to work with, but Greg really impressed me with his technique, focus, and attention to detail—really a joy to watch as well. My request was to keep it as long as possible. It took almost an hour and a half, but I was never rushed out of the chair; rather, he made sure I was satisfied before moving on to each step. (I was, and still am, very satisfied.)Especially impressive was his work on my beard. Greg made it look more full and healthy than it has since 2019, and cut an absolutely perfect edge, both at the skin and the ends.At the end of it, I felt more like myself than I have for a long time. Everyone in the place was friendly and in a good mood, and my English-only limitation was not a problem here (although I needed Google to help me with the reservation). I think I'll have to wait until I return to Brno for my next cut.

Was not satisfied with my experience. Barber cut too much than i asked for and refused to use razor for shaving.
