Absolutely awful experience with this car rental company that completely ruined our holiday plan.We arrived at Ostrava airport on 2.7. 2023 to collect car at 2pm, there was no member of staff at the Panek car hire desk. I called the provided number for the company 11 times. I also texted them. Someone picked up at 2.50pm and said that a member of staff would be available in 10 minutes. This was a lie and no one showed up. In the meantime, we chatted online with someone from VIP Cars who we found Panek through. They themselves could not get through the Panek Car Hire company.Around 4pm, we were advised to find a different transport. We ended up getting a taxi and paid 1500 Czech Crowns and our trip was delayed by 3 hours.Its now been 6 days since and we have had no response from Panek. Absolutely disgraceful and a sham of a company. Shame on you.Absolutely awful and unprofessional!!
