If you are an english speaker don't waste your time in Auto Jeremiasova. There was only one person speaking english, not to mention all the others who told us that they speak czech because we're in CZ" until someone eventually came and spoke english. They took our number and that person never bothered to call us and make an offer of a car. Their loss - one customer less who wanted to buy a new car but they didn't even bother to make an offer! Fortunately there are other car saloons in the area who are friendly to english speakers and were happy to have you as a customer."

I just picked up my brand new Mazda CX-5. Buying a car was never easier. Everything was handled professionally and they are very pleasant to customers. They gave me a good price for my used car and they were also able to shorten the delivery time for my model. I received my car after 4 weeks instead of 6-7 at other dealers.I am a very happy customer!

Took my Lexus there. They proposed an expensive repair (~90,000 Kc) to replace front shock absorbers, then installed bad (wrong) part, as confirmed later in the official Lexus service center. Returned to them, they've said they replaced it with new absorbers issued by the manufacturer, but the problem is still here (rattling), and official Lexus service center has confirmed that the assembly installed was wrong model. All this happened with lots of reluctance and they attempted to dump me instead of fixing the problem. I think they are crooks and I wouldn't recommend buying anything there or fixing your cars there. They're also not an official Lexus service center despite having the logotype on their building, so beware!

If you are new customer, non-Czech, please be attentive. They've over charged for the tire changes and alignment. In other places, it is 60% less expensive

I was pleased by Customer service in this service. Vary professional, and respect agreed terms/timing. I recommend, miss Nikola Janusova, very proactive and skill representative of sales team. Professionally explain all available packages, and simplify process ( from choosing right car, till registration). I bought new Mazda and all was as expected. Good.
