If only i could give zero stars, i would!Not going to even bother writing a long review, just want to say don't come here. Arrogant staff members with disrespectfull attitude. Have never experienced anything like this in any of the Pandora stores around the world. Shame! Spend your money in any other Pandora branches but not here.

I don’t know why the rating are low. I visited three countries this trip and always pick up my country charm my first full day. I received the best customer service compared to all the Pandora shops I visited during my travels. Great customer service despite the language barrier. Staff A++

The female consultant did not respond to my greeting. She asked what I want, I showed her, she ignored me for 15 minutes, just got the goods, asked for a card or cash, I paid, she didn’t even give a package. Goodbye also didn't tell me...

This is the worst Pandora shop ever!If only I can give a 0 star!I am so disappointed with one of the staff.I bought a travel charm to add it with my travel charm collection and asked the lady to put it a gift box since it was almost Christmas that time,and when I opened the box at home it was empty!the charm wasn't there!Prague is way to far to where I am now.I tried to sent them an email but still got no response.I hope this staff will just be nice to all tourist,not taking advantage because they know that the person won't be coming back.

The sales assistant wasn't helpful and kind at all. She gave me the charm what I wanted but she didn't answer properly my questions. It was bad shopping experience here..

We went to buy two charms for my brother's gf, we paid 600 czk by cash, and rest by card. the card machine didnt work (its wanst a limit cause we did managed to buy other things in otherstores) and the seller named Eva, lied to us and held there like an hostage up to two hours! Before we got our money back. Do not buy there, just avoid this specific atore...

We were very poorly attended at this store, the saleswoman treated us with carelessness about an assistance of a bracelet bought 3 days ago in Vienna that broke. We were also very disappointed with the quality of the brand. I honestly don't recommend it.
