Steak was great, fries as well. I did not like the sauce served with steak.Pilsner beer was great. I highly recommend pickled ermine with fresh onion and bread. Great with beer ;)

I had an absolutely delightful dining experience at this establishment. Upon the recommendation of my Czech friends, who assured me it was the best, I visited this place, and they were absolutely right. Upon arrival, the restaurant was bustling with customers, resulting in a 30-minute wait for a table. However, the wait was completely worthwhile. The food at this establishment is truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to others.

Overrated place.Ordered a jar of beer, the 0,4l jar was filled barely half with insane amount of foam. Asked for a proper fill up, they brought another jar instead, but it was the same ratio again.We were a quite big group, almost everyone would like to try out their famous pork knuckle - IF it was available. Only one of us could get a portion.Many of us selected barbecue plate for two, it was also a mistake. The plate for two is perfectly enough for one person but not for two. They serve it with one bowl of potato, while it they also serve the same amount for a burger.Chicken wings and thigts were undercooked and had absolutely no flavour, while medium rare steak was rather well done.The only things that made me not to give one star was the ribs on the BBQ plate, they wire fine and the fact that splitting the table caused no problem for them.However, the place looks very fancy.

The restaurant is an absolute gem in the area, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves great beer and traditional cuisine. They serve the popular Pilzner beer which is simply amazing, and their food is absolutely fabulous. The menu is filled with classic Czech dishes, and I highly recommend trying the Svickova, which is a tender beef sirloin served with a creamy vegetable sauce and cranberries. It's simply delicious and a must-try when you visit this place.The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they even have menus in English. The prices are reasonable, considering the high quality of the food and service. All in all, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for great food, amazing beer, and friendly service.

Food was average, typical semi-prepared pub food. Definitely had much better pork spare ribs. The beer was good though.We were served by two waiters. One of them was very friendly, the other messed-up part of the order and forgot to bring the take-away bag.

Classic Czech pub where you can eat good. Big portions, regional cuisine and variety of awesome beers. However dishes were a bit too salty for me.
