My son (Switzerland) wanted to order flowers in a box for his father's Birthday who today is at an office in Prage. We paid € 104.00 for a bouquet with lots of rose, white, lila and violett colors and sent was a something with 8 flowers, a lot of green and it was pink and peach. This was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend the online shop!

I would like to share a terrible experience. For many years, I loved going there and spent a lot of money. I don't know what happened, but the services and quality have changed significantly lately. The disaster was a recent order of a bouquet online, but the size and quality of the binding did not match what was close to 2,000 CZK. The company's behavior in reclamation management was perhaps even worse and I would not recommend this experience to anyone. It was very disappointing.

Last experience ordering flowers here was truly terrible. In-laws asked for a recommendation of a flower delivery to order a bouquet for my wife's birthday. The quality doesn't match a high price tag of 2000 CZK. After just one day 10 out of the 17 roses are dead, and even right on delivery some of them had dry leaves and were bitten by parasites or something (lots of white spots). You can see how bad it looks in the photos. I hope management cares and can resolve the problem

I have reliably ordered from this service for 3 years now to gift my loved one in Prague and they always delivered successfully. I only had one problem when they delivered earlier than they were supposed to (I had to change the delivery time 2 times through email). So if you want them to be precise about delivery time, please also provide a note telling them to call the phone number of the recipient or try to communicate with them through both phone and email. Even when they delivered while my person was not home, they called her and came back when she could receive it. Very good service!
