We chose this hotel specifically because of the advertised spa facilities and additional wellness services, only to be informed upon arrival that the spa is closed (quote receptionist: you would not want to see that.")We understand that every spa needs maintenance

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and light rooms. The breakfast room was a bit crowded one day, as a full bus tourist group had breakfast the same time. But overall it is recommended.

Easy accessible hotel, I called a few days earlier to reserve a parking space. Very convenient close to Metro station and very quick to get to city center. All staff of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommending it to my friends and family when they will visit Prague and I would use this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Room, location and staff were all great. The hotel is definitely deserving of its name and offers great value for money.The location is excellent, there is frequent tram service to the city center right outside the hotel and the subway line B stop is located just a few meters further.The staff is courteous and speaks English. The Check-in/-out process was simple and efficient.Our room had a good size. In the bathroom there was a rainfall shower, two sinks and plenty of space to hang towels. I particularly like the LED-lined mirror! Regarding the room itself: The bed was comfortable, there is a flatscreen TV (which could have been more responsive) and a couch as well as a desk space for work and relaxation. The closet could have a bit more shelf space, but is spacious otherwise. The window can be opened completely and the air conditioning/heating worked fine during our stay in May. The window blocks the sound from the street very well.As far as amenities are concerned: There is a coffee/tea station and a water kettle, a safe and hygiene products. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we opted out.All in all, I would book this hotel again for a stay in Prague because of the kind and accommodating staff, the spacious and comfortable rooms and the excellent location in a lively neighborhood and close proximity to the city center.

Very nice hotel, clean and well kept. Do NOT book here for the spa, wellness or gym facilities, they are very scarce. Morning buffet was really nice and most of the food was well cooked. I will both reccomend the hotel and book here again if i come back to prague. Only really bad thing: they offer parking and EV charging, which was one of the reasons we booked here. But after booking and requesting parking and charging it was unavailable.

Convenient location close to metro station. In general nice hotel but nothing special either. For example the breakfast was tasty but the options limited. The room was nice and clean but there were no blakout curtains and they did not refresh the shampoos every day. I would recommend it but only for under 100 euros a night.

The staff was very helpful. I thought the rooms were well appointed. There was a loud electric buzz in the second room I stayed in and the AC failed but with earplugs and an open window I quite enjoyed it. Some WiFi trouble the first day.

Rooms were clean, with good bathrooms. Breakfast seemed to have a good variety of options, with plenty of space for guests. Staff were helpful and the hotel is very accessible from the old town a metro and tram line very near. It's about 35-40 minute walk from the old town.

Made for a really relaxing stay. The beds are so comfortable and the room and bathroom are spacious and lovely. There is Aircon, WiFi, TV and a kettle, which is great. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Location wise it is also pretty great, with a metro station and team stop right around the corner. Room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.

That was a great experience for me.The hotel is extremely clean and rooms a so comfortable.Very nice breakfast with vary foods and fruits and juice.Located in a good part of Prague. Every thing and places are handy.Near to old Town part, which is the beat part for tourists in beauty Prague.Any public transportation is available just with one min walk.I recommend Hotel Royal Prague to all.
