WARNING worst rates ever! I think some body should report this place to local authorities, even it is legal it is not nice that this scam office be at the heart of city center just next to Charles Bridge. They have a paper with small characters with rates so you can not disagree.

This place cheats on tourists, in my case their service charge was only" 14%. The clerk pretended not to speak English

Don’t exchange any of your money at this place!!!!The whole place is a scam... you maybe probably attracted by the relatively better exchange rate as shown on the screen. What they won’t tell you is 28% commission fee unless you have signed the incredibly long receipt. By the time you realise you have been ripped off, there is no turning back. The only thing you can do is to write a bad review about this scam on every travel blog.

Watch out! Avoid it!! I checked the exchange rate with the man, but he did not mention anything about the fee. Then I gave him the euro and he asked me to sign a paper with loads of small text on it, as soon as i sign it, he gave the Czech Crowns to me but with 28% fee deducted. I said I did not know the fee and wanted my money back. He refused and said the fee was on the paper and it was not his duty to tell me the fee. How rediculous! Then he said the transacion was over and sit behind the window but did not talk to me.Shame on you! You make Czech down! The worst experience I have ever had as a tourist.

Dont change here, i received 17 ČZK per 1 euro, after i refunded my euros he asked whether i want 22 per euro instead

Like everyone else has been saying the commission fee is insane. For 10 euros I got only about 183 CZH rather than at around 257 CZH. They ask you to sign a form without telling you there is a commission fee. It's a rip off here.

Like other users said... it is a complete rip off of 28% extra fee. Their business is perversely design so that you think they will exchange at the rate in the wall like in other places that already includes a 3% margin for them, but then they make you sign the paper very quickly and when you realize they have already ripped you off the 28% extra fee. And when I showed my disappointment, both employees laughed at me. I filed a complaint. But never again with Western Union - InterExchange. Not even online. I hope these abusive businesses disappear one day

do not use this exchange.they are thieves without knife!i was trying to change 60 EUR into CZK.it says 25.6 CZK per 1 EUR on the screen, somy total should be 1536 CZK.but they charged me 14% (215 CZK) for commission fee!i'm dying to give 0 star for this motherless freaks!
