Modern typical CrossCafe. It’s good to see it here, in not such a big city. Tea & food was tasty, just a bit disappointing that they refused to make a scrambled eggs for us & the staff was a bit in hurry on us. Also, the hot chocolate tasted more like a cocoa& was watery. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

I will give 5 for ambient, service. Need to mention that the prices are little bit higher than in other kaffees in Ruda.

One of the nicer CrossCafes I've come across. Friendly staff, lots of space, even a kiddies corner (the first I've seen in a CrossCafe!)If it weren't for the prices I'd give it 5 stars!!

Amazing place in the village where is no decent place to go and get anything good to eat or get a cup of coffee. In big cities the review might be different but in Zelezna Ruda it's really an oasis in the middle of the desert. Really hope they will ve there for long time as it's live saver when it comes to good coffee.

Slow service. Different concept than in elsewhere, because it's usually overt the counter self-service. Otherwise the same as usual.

One of the best CrossCafe in Czech Republic which we visited. Definitely better cakes and coffee than in Pilsen. Nice local atmosphere.

Great cafe located underneath the serviced apartments. We had wonderful breakfasts over here and were always satisfied with the offer and service.
