I eat there about 3 a 4 times a week and normally it’s a good place to be! But tonight I came with a colleague and the ..... woman who helped us was in such a bad mood that I DON’T want to come back anymore wen she is working!! Sorry but eating 2 times a day in restaurants for 9 months a year this is the WORST experience in years!!!!

Reading some of the older reviews I relize that some things never change. We were there with my husband last month. We heard good reviews from our friends so we were quite excited. The waitingstaff was unfriendly and they didn´t pay attention to our needs. From recieving menu to ordering took 15 minutes, waiting for drinks took more 10 minutes, waiting for starter took over 60 minutes! I have to say the restaurant wasn´t half full when we came. I am not writing this just to complain. I am writing this review for restaurant´s staff to make a change and make it better experience for people. The food was quite good and I loved the starter ( cooked snails with butter and garlic )! If you wanna read more I share my experiences on instagram/FB @nenazrana_matka

I do not give this poor rating often, but my today's experience at lunch time was really disasterous. Overcrowded, lost of reserved tables and superbly arrogant and rude personnel (mid-aged lady, dark ponytailed hair). One could even expect a slap to the face just by entering the place.

Great restaurant. We were warned that the cooking time could be up to one hour, but it was worth waiting for that. You can find vegetarian dishes on the menu as well and for is it's a huge advantage. The food was so delicious and the portions were unexpectedly huge (we couldn't eat everything we ordered, so they packed for us the rest of food without any problems).

Worst service I've ever had. We have been here 2 or 3 times a week for over 2 years. But just for the food. The service is absolutely horrible. No smile, they moan when you want to order. We had a big reservation and they gave us four different tables instead of one board. When we wanted to ask to put the tables besides one another, they were angry. Also they throw you out, even 30 minutes before closing hours. Put all the chairs around your table up and tell you to pay immediately. Even when there are other guests still on there tables. But I have to say, the food is really good.

Unfortunately the service is poor and the kitchen quite slow. The restaurant was less than half full and it took them 1 hour to prepare 6 dishes.The service was also not friendly, mixed up orders. We ordered our meat medium, they served it bloody. After we pointed this out everybody became even more unfriendly. There was no sorry" and they brought back the same piece again. Taste-wise so so. All in all I would not come back. One can find better."

Tasty food, generous portions. It is a pitty that the staff is quite unpleasant - no smile, no greeting, very little interest in the customers. Long wait for the food without any explanation/apology.
