I only speak English, and having had a misunderstanding in understanding my request, he kindly told me that the price had doubled and that he didn't have time for my business so I should leave. With a contemptuous and condescending tone, a shopkeeper should understand the expectations of his customers and adapt to their desires. A behavior not worthy of a real printer. So, to you customers who are reading this message, I suggest that you go another 200 meters across the Palackého most bridge to go to REPRO JT, a smiling and welcoming printer and above all TEN TIMES LESS EXPENSIVE.
