Today I found here the best rate out of 4 places. Better than all rates I can find on the interwebs also, by 0.1 CZK. I certainly recommend it.

0 commission. I changed my euro from 24.25 today.

Professional attitude, businesslike approach, WYSIWYG. My banker recommended that, since I needed USD/CZK exchange, I visit an exchange instead of having the bank doing the business (I will keep the bank, too!). Based on quick Google search I chose this place and I certainly did not regret it.

AVOID THIS PLACE! they gave me some invalid old czech money which i can not use! They mixed valid bills with some invalid bills so it was hard to be noticed. I did not even know the difference between the new bills and the invalid bills on my first day in Prague, and they take advantage of it! I came this place because of its good review score, but they are actually professional liars who may fool you if you are not familiar with czech currency.

SCAM! They give you invalid bills and you will have to go to a bank to exchange them! We went back and demanded he give us valid bills after a few moments he agreed and tried to give us invalid bills again and after more demands he finally give us valid bills. He said he did not have invalid bills and I saw a stack of many invalid 200 bills and some valid ones.A bot review?Transaction made ar 14:45:14 today 13.07.2022 receipt ending in 7.As I have explained I exchanged money and everything seems right, the amount is right. Then we are told by a transport inspector these bills are invalid. We go back to the office and demand valid bills and the man tells us that they don’t have/ use these invalid bills because his counting machines does not accept them. Then he finally exchanges the invalid bills for another invalid bills. I keep demanding valid bills. Then I see he has a stack of invalid bills and he is looking for valid ones and he finally gives them.Finally to add: we were happy with the exchange rate but the fact that he lied to us after asking for correct bills. If he had given to us valid bills after asking we would have no problem at all because everyone can make a mistake. But he has tried to lie to us again by giving invalid bills once more and then telling us he does not have invalid ones when I saw a stack.

So far the best exchange place in Prague downtown. 0% commission, VIP rates and just unbeatable exchange rate around.

Simply the best place to exchange money. I compared with other 5 agencies and this is the most convenient!! Truly recommended :)

Even Czechs are exchanging money here. They have pretty good rates. Don't forget to ask better one.

Went there last week and was very pleased. No line, private booth and the exchange rate was exactly the same as displayed on the web with daily updates. Would definitely recommend.
