Stay away from this company if you are not Czech. They will charge you a lot more, my friend who is from here had to call them and ask them why my price was so high, then they decide to take my price a bit down. Still way more expensive than other companies.

I contacted them because I slammed the door to my apartment with the key inside . Even though they said they will come in 15-25 min they arrived 1 hour later . And they charge way more than what is written on the website . Don't be fooled by the price on the website because they will add min 500 kc to it .In other words this is daylight robbery .

Fantastic service!! The issue with the key being in the lock from inside was resolved within 32 minutes from the moment of the telephone call.

Racist alert!!! Do not use this if you are foreginer, even if you have good job (I am banker). They cheat me and cause me a lot of problems. I called them at 10PM, they spend 40 min in come home, they told me it is to late to open and it is 650czk (they couldnt told me by phone?) and next day would be done without problems. I had to sleep in friends house. They came at 8AM and told me without owner they cant open the door, what is FALSE, I have contract, and ask me for other 650czk.---Thats false and policeman confirmed if would be any problem they could come with you to open the door. My landlord it is in holidays abroad for a week, it would be absurd to make me someone wait 1 week in the street.
